The origins of political correctness and Wokeism can be traced back to several intellectuals and academics related to the Frankfurt School established in Germany during the 1920s. The natural logic of Wokeism is to destroy the lives of people of both genders, of all races and, if necessary, of all ages, to take advantage of an ideological agenda that would otherwise be impracticable. However, these are only partial or one-dimensional examples of the language or ideology of Wokeism. Critics have described Wokeism as the omnipresent use of race and, to a lesser extent, gender to replace meritocracy and thus guarantee equal outcomes.
But the spirit and psychology of Wokeism, as well as its central metaphor, have existed for more than a century. The natural logic of Wokeism is to destroy the lives of people of both genders, of all races and, if necessary, of people of all ages, to take advantage of an ideological agenda that would otherwise be impracticable.
